Children Of The Soil

Children Of The Soil pays homage to Ella Kissi-Debrah, a nine-year old girl from South London who died following an asthma attack due to illegal levels of air pollution.

The poem and film seeks to highlight the entangled intersections of colonialism, climate change, air pollution, environmental racism and anti-blackness.
